Long Island real estate developer Steven Klar, who purchased the residence back in 1993 for $4.5 million and later invested in renovations, is the present owner of the exclusive apartment. 

The lavish 8,000 sq. ft. penthouse offers incredible views of the city with 360-degree wraparound terraces, the highest in Manhattan. 

Presently called “a crown jewel” in the real estate market, the luxury residence occupies the 73rd through the 75th floors of the high-rise condominium and features its very own internal elevator.  

The apartment is equipped with six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and even a wine room for up to 1,000 bottles. 

 

But the sumptuous amenities don’t stop there, as the master suite encompasses the entire top floor and there is also a media room, a gallery, a 20-person dining room and a conference room.
